Winter evening in “Kuvshin”.
Updating of main menu is a reason for constant guests to plan a new visit to “Kuvshin”, and for those who weren’t at our restaurant yet, – a wonderful opportunity to join traditional Georgian cuisine.
Our chef with the team carefully prepared winter menu and suggests to try to everyone seasonal aromas and tastes. For example, will present some positions. These dishes will satisfy your appetite and will warm you till long Moscow winter. If you want, Tsabli cream-soup made with chestnuts and smoked duck in the duet with Avlabari beef (we use marbled beef, it is fried with barberry, onion and spices) or Telavi beef (meat is stewed in nut sauce with a quince) – an excellent men’s lunch. This lunch can be doped with the tastiest pies Gvezeli – these pastries with egg and cheese are still called Gurian Hachapuri. Grilled tiger shrimps, halibut with celery puree and beef Stroganoff with morels are offered especially for the lady. And, of course, our confectioner will pleasantly surprise you with pancake cake and tartlets with custard and berries. Mandarin tea or currant ginger tea will be perfect conclusion of a meal.
