Lenten menu: delicious and healthy!
Restaurant “Kuvshin”, as usual, offers dishes without meat, milk, eggs and fish, for guests, who observe traditions of Lent, as usual.
Above all things, our chef take cares these days will be not only useful, but also tasty for you.
The number of lean combinations will pleasantly surprise you, as well as the fact that you do not have to give up your favorite dishes. Recipes are slightly adjusted. For example, tofu is used instead of feta, in Greek salad.
In addition our Lenten menu has large selection of cold and hot vegetables dishes: starting with salads (Georgian, Imereti, Baku cucumbers and tomatoes), continuing with appetizers, soups and main dishes. Vegetable borsch, zucchini cream soup, mushroom or sorrel soup goes well with Lobio in Imerytin style, potato coutletts, vegetable ojahuri or mushroom chashulushi.
There are delicious lean baking in menu: khachapuri with oyster mushrooms, beans, potatoes and greens.
Also, desserts are added: apple strudel, carrot cake, Napoleon cake, pelamushi and churchkhela.
